At Fuel n Form, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplement products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
