Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, sealed where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner location. The correct return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if your parcel arrives tampered with so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
• Supplements, vitamins, capsules, powders, gummies, drinks, or nutrition products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Custom or personalised products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale / clearance items (unless faulty)
For health and safety reasons, ingestible products must remain sealed and unopened to qualify for return unless faulty or supplied in error.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved), then place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, subject to the item being unopened, unused, sealed where applicable, in original condition, and with proof of purchase. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
